Bookings
The person making the booking on behalf of the group / party is solely responsible for full payment /costs regarding the booking.
On making a booking a deposit of 25% of the total cost is required at which point
Intelligent Golf Tours will confirm your booking and tour itinay.
Payment
All bookings are subject to a 25% deposit of the full cost of the tour.
The remaining 75% balance of the tour must be paid 8 weeks prior to the tour start date.
Bookings made within 8 weeks of the tour date are required to make full payment at the time of booking.
Price Guarantee
On payment of your 25% deposit the costs of your tour will be “locked down”. This means regardless of currency fluctuations the price you have been quoted is the price you will be eligible to pay in full.
Cancellation / Amendments
Intelligent Golf Tours withholds the right to cancel your tour in the event of a force majeure or failure to pay the remaining balance of your account.
Force majeure covers circumstances out-with our control such as Acts of God, flight delays / cancellations, civil war, riots, terrorist activity, natural disasters fires, floods or adverse weather conditions.
If we require too change any aspect of your tour Intelligent Golf Tours will do it’s upmost to maintain the itinerary of your original booking.
St Andrews Old Course tee times may mean we are required to rearrange your schedule in order to maximize the possibility of a tee time.
Cancellations within 8 weeks of tour start date – Full balance payment required 0% refundable
Cancellations more than 8 weeks before the tour start date - 25% deposit of total tour cost withheld. Remaining 75% refundable.
You’re Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to provide a golf handicap certificate, passport, and driver’s license and travel insurance. Intelligent Golf Tours accepts no costs for the replacement of neither any of these documents nor the consequences of guests not having these documents.
Complaints
If at any point during your tour you wish to make a complaint regarding a hotel, golf course or travel provider it is essential that you contact your Tour Manager immediately for he or she to resolve it as quickly as possible.
If you with to make a complaint against Intelligent Golf Tours we urge you to contact your Tour Manager initially in order to attempt to have the complain resolved.
Failing this we request that you put your complaint in writing within 28 days of returning from your tour.
